John-Michael & Brandy Williams
Owners
John-Michael Williams and Brandy Williams are not just the co-owners of AC Panda; they are the heart and the driving force behind a company that’s much more than a business—it’s a community. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, John-Michael’s childhood curiosity for understanding how things work blossomed into an accomplished career. With a robust educational background from Wolfson High School, complemented by state electrical and mechanical contractors licenses, his technical expertise is the bedrock of AC Panda’s service quality.
Their journey began on June 26, 2022, when they founded AC Panda with a dual mission: to deliver unparalleled customer service and to forge pathways for individuals to learn and prosper in skilled trades. For John-Michael and Brandy, AC Panda is an extension of their family, which includes their three daughters, Brooklynn, Jamielynn, and Brianna, each with their unique talents and passions.
When not steering their company towards excellence, they enjoy fishing, traveling, and sport shooting, embracing every chance for a new family adventure. The clients John Michael and Brandy enjoy working with the most are homeowners, businesses, contractors, private schools, and restaurants, each served with the same devotion and care as if they were family.

With nearly two decades of experience in the HVAC service industry, John-Michael Williams is the driving force behind AC Panda Mechanical Contractors. As the Owner, he holds both Mechanical and Electrical licenses for the company, John-Michael brings a wealth of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the table.
As the Owner, John-Michael oversees the daily operations of AC Panda, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence are reflected in the company’s continued success and reputation for top-quality service.
Outside of work, John-Michael is a devoted family man, finding joy in spending time with his wife of 19 years and their three daughters. He is actively engaged in various activities, including attending car shows, fishing, and participating in community initiatives through mentoring and volunteering. John-Michael is also deeply rooted in his faith, actively involved in church activities, and enjoys exploring new places through travel experiences.

Brandy
Williams
Owner
Brandy Williams brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as the Owner of AC Panda Mechanical Contractors. Prior to joining the business, Brandy spent 12 years as a devoted stay-at-home mom, nurturing her three girls and creating a strong foundation for family life with her husband of 19 years.
In her current capacity, Brandy focuses on fostering business relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies. Her passion for connecting with clients and partners has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
Outside of work, Brandy’s world revolves around her family. Whether it’s supporting them in their dance and volleyball activities, exploring their creativity through art, or spending quality time together at church, Brandy cherishes every moment with her family. They also share a love for travel, creating cherished memories and experiences as they journey through life together.
Rasheed
Itani
Sales & Service Manager
With 15 years of experience in HVAC technician and service roles, Rasheed brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to AC Panda as the Sales & Service Manager. His responsibilities encompass running service calls, diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration units, and facilitating the sales of residential and commercial equipment. Rasheed is also instrumental in assisting clients with financing options, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and solutions tailored to their needs.
Outside of work, Rasheed is deeply involved in his community and personal interests. He is an active member of his church, finding spiritual fulfillment and connection through his faith. Rasheed treasures spending quality time with his family and friends, prioritizing meaningful moments and fostering strong relationships. Additionally, he stays physically active by playing basketball weekly and indulges his passion for classic cars by attending car shows. Rasheed’s commitment to community service extends beyond his professional role, as he dedicates time to volunteering and making a positive impact in his local area.

Office Manager
Heather Harris brings a decade of experience in Business Development and Sales to her role as the Office Manager at AC Panda Mechanical Contractors. Her expertise and dedication play a crucial role in the company’s operations and success.
Within the company, Heather manages scheduling, dispatch, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring smooth and efficient financial processes as well as client services.
Beyond the professional realm, Heather’s life is enriched by her role as a loving mother to three wonderful girls, with a fourth eagerly anticipated. Her family-centric values shine through as she enjoys hosting gatherings and delighting in the company of loved ones. Heather and her family relish in the simple joys of visiting local farmers’ markets, crafting unforgettable memories, and cherishing each moment with gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon them.
Edward "Gator"

Outside of work, Gator’s life is enriched by his deep connections with family. He shares his time with his wife and six children, fostering bonds and creating lasting memories together. An avid outdoorsman, Gator enjoys grilling and smoking a variety of meats, exploring the woods, and engaging in hunting and fishing adventures, embracing the beauty of nature and the thrill of the great outdoors.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid enthusiast of various activities. He finds thrill and freedom in riding motorcycles, and he values quality time spent with his family and friends. Michael also enjoys the tranquility of fishing and the excitement of football, indulging in these hobbies to recharge and stay connected to his passions beyond the workplace.
